Artificial intelligence
Cambusa uses artificial intelligence systems to read delivery notes photographed by the user. The reading is a proposal: the user checks and confirms it before any data is recorded, and uncertain readings are flagged.
Records and responsibility
Cambusa is a tool for keeping records and traceability. Responsibility for the self-control plan and for the accuracy of what is recorded remains with the food business operator.

The Cambusa brand, name, texts, graphics and screens belong to CBSystems s.r.l. They may not be reproduced without our written consent.
