Cambusa’s digital HACCP log replaces paper sheets: temperatures, cleaning and deliveries are recorded on a phone or tablet, the consultant sees them in their portal, and every record stays exactly as it was written.

Records that can’t be altered
Whoever fills them in can’t edit or delete. A fridge at 9° is written as it is, you look for the cause, measure again and record the second reading too. The 9° can’t be erased: if it could, the 4° would be worth nothing.
The inspection file
When the inspector arrives, open the file, choose the period and generate the PDF. It holds what was written, day by day: if there was a bad day it shows, and so does the way you handled it.
The consultant sees as it’s filled in
The HACCP consultant follows kitchens from a portal, without waiting for paperwork. Records work offline and sync when the signal returns.

Frequently asked questions
What is a digital HACCP log?
It’s the software version of the sheets on which a kitchen notes temperatures, cleaning and deliveries for its self-control plan (Regulation (EC) 852/2004). In Cambusa records can’t be altered and the consultant reads them online.

Temperatures, cleaning, blast chilling, deliveries from delivery notes, preparations and shellfish tags.
